Ms. Kalandra Rasberry




Ms. Taria Andrews is an experienced Special Education Teacher and Case Manager with over 15 years of service supporting diverse student populations through therapeutic mentorship, behavioral intervention, and academic guidance. With a strong background in Special Education, Behavioral Therapy, Social Services, and Higher Education, she brings an interdisciplinary and trauma-informed approach to student and family support.
Her professional experience includes roles such as Adjunct Psychology Professor, Special Education Teacher, Therapeutic Mentor, Student Support Coordinator, Wraparound Specialist, Crisis Counselor, and Child Development Specialist. In each capacity, Ms. Andrews has worked collaboratively with educators, mental health professionals, and community partners to implement effective IEPs, deliver behavioral and mental-health interventions, and strengthen programs that promote academic growth, resilience, and well-being.
Ms. Andrews specializes in cognitive-behavioral development, crisis intervention, case management, and culturally responsive student engagement. She is certified in Mental Health First Aid/CPR, trained in DTAC assessment criteria, and holds credentials in Cognitive Behavioral Intervention and Workplace Cultural Diversity/Ethics. She holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice, and is completing her Texas Special Education Certification.
Dedicated, compassionate, and results-driven, Ms. Andrews is committed to fostering safe, inclusive learning environments and ensuring students receive the high-quality support they deserve.

Ms. Kalandra Rasberry is a dedicated Child and Youth Specialist with over 15 years of experience supporting children, families, and communities. Her career has centered on promoting positive development, resilience, and stability through community-based programs, residential recovery services, and public-facing support roles. She brings a trauma-informed, compassionate, and structured approach to every environment she serves.
In her role as an Intake Specialist at Bonita House of Hope, Ms. Rasberry provided direct support to children and mothers in residential recovery programs—coordinating care plans, leading educational and recreational activities, and guiding essential life skills development. Her collaborative work with program staff and case managers helped strengthen family stability and improve overall child well-being.
Her experience as a Metro Bus Driver further shaped her strengths in community engagement, crisis response, and safety management. Serving diverse populations, including youth, seniors, and individuals with disabilities, she consistently demonstrated professionalism, calm leadership, and strong communication in high-pressure situations.
Known for her leadership, mentorship, and excellence in service delivery, Ms. Rasberry remains committed to advocating for underserved youth and fostering meaningful change. Through The LaunchPad House, LLC, she strives to develop innovative, high-quality programs that empower young people, support families, and create pathways for growth, stability, and long-term success.
